The woodwind tech at the Conservatory of Music in Terre Haute ruined my Gemeinhardt open hole flute by forcing the wrong sized pads into the rings and charged me $250 to do so. I went back several times. It is no longer playable and Paige's Music's 36-year head tech says it cannot be fixed. The Conservatory also discarded my Gemeinhardt case rather than fixing the latch and charged me for a new case. DO NOT USE THEIR REPAIR SERVICE.
