Easy parking. Store is relatively clean and well kept. Good discounts and clearance items. Full price ticket items can be higher than other stores. A general complaint about Kohl's. Not a fan of Kohl's register set up and that the cashier has to ask if I have a Kohl's card or if I'd like one. This credit card sales approach was common in retail for decades but very few stores do it now. Its annoying and slows down an already slow register set up.

They should definitely sharpen up their customer service skills. There's no acknowledgement when you enter the store or as you shop. As a loyal Card Member and Customer. I would love to see some improvements within the staff.

Most items are competitively priced but they engage in foolish practices of marking everything up to try to convince simpletons they are getting a discount.

Khols is a nice store it has pretty much everything you are looking for when it comes to clothes
I give it 3 stars because a store that had so many workers walking around just asking people if they could help us, shouldn't have a filthy bathroom. It was gross.
I let the cashier know as we checked out. Our cashier was incredibly helpfully as far as checking out and how to use my coupon with my Kohl's card, gift card, She was awesome. I've actually had her before and wanted to do the survey .
Her name is Lisa. I'm pretty sure.
She is a very pleasant, helpful person and is definitely the experience I like when I'm leaving a store. Makes you want to come back.response / report this review -

It was so hard to find a sales associate. Did NOT find at least 1 men suit or sports jacket in size 34, 36, or 38. The checkout line was so long with slow cashiers especially when your rushing for time. But I did meet this one manager who was willing to go out her way to help me to my fullest and beyond. Her name was "V". Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for, her recommendations were great.

Mia was phenomenal!!! My daughter was shopping for her trip out of state. she took her time going over the prices with her. letting her know what was on sale according to the store app she had her download and showed her how to use the coupons at the register. she took her time with my daughter. very pleasent because of Mia this is my new store 💖💖💖💖

Had a 30% off coupon and $10 off. I got to the register and was told I could not use them because they were a "brand". Never going back! I would give no stars if I could.

Very rude is cashier that knocked my poor mother in laws fake legs off while sitting in a wheelchair. I never was disrespected in my entire life of going there once a week
