My wife loves this store. Prices are always fair and competitive and they usually send and allow additional discounts thru coupons they send in the mail. No hassle on returns. They always have good selections on there merchandise.

On my most recent visit it took a while to get assistance so that I understood what my coupons would work on and what items were excluded. Once I made my decisions and got in line the cashier told me I could check out in at the jewelry counter near where I was shopping. She sent me back and when she said over her ear piece to the two ladies leaning on the counter that were too involved in their own conversation to be bothered with me, one of them turned and irritably said we'll who you sending over here and for what she ain't buyin no jewelry. As she finishes my transaction she tries being sweet and thanking me as she notice my demeanor was not that of a person deaf and dumb to what she had to say and how she felt about serving me. Which is why I shop online and why that store barely has anyone in it until holidays.

Well organized clothing store. You don't ever feel lost like you do in other department stores. Quality is pretty good. I'm not a fan of the way they mark up all their merchandise really high, and then constantly run sales, and percentage off incentives to get you to buy. They also push their credit cards too hard. The staff at this store is usually pretty helpful.
