Store isn't well stocked. Layout is very different than the other stores. Very small departments for women's, children and men.

All this time since Ive had a charge with Kohls and thought I had my rewards yes card it gets scanned and I have no points the guy today said i had to call wasnt happy with that

Want a bargain? Kohl's is the place! Clean store, recently renovated front endhelpful sales staff. Love getting bargains!!!

Can always find what I want. Good selection with sale prices and coupons which make it affordable. Generally easy to maneuver around the store.

Customer Service wasn't good, We asked a Question in regards to a specific dress to a sales associate and she basically send us to someone else who sent us to someone else and it was as if no one knew anything about anything. When we finally found the dress we were looking for it was amazing and for a great price as well. Great Value, But.. Bad sales associates who really do not care about customers from what i see.

It seems ok. Nothing particularly draws me back nor prevents me from returning. Many of the people I work with just adore this store and rave about it all the time. I don't understand the fuss. No bike rack. Bus service is M-F only. NO WEEKEND BUS SERVICE. (To a big mall! I don't get it. But that's RIPTA, not Kohl's.) I just mention it so bus riders don't think they can come on a weekend. Huge parking lot.
