The WORST customer service. The employees are rude and act as though they are being bothered by simple questions. Very low quality on all items. I bought a wedding band from them and the diamonds began falling out only three months later. Avoid like the plague.

It was a decent sized place but what I was looking for was scattered over several sections. I still found what I wanted. It just took a while.

Katie at the service desk was extremely helpful. She noticed that my rewards were not showing correctly and she took the time to call and straighten them out. Very pleasant and thoughtful.

This store will make you feel like a LIAR if you use Groupon!!! When I tried to pay off using Kohl's Groupon that I had purchased last month, first they were struggling to find a representative who could spell and use groupon. As my fate would have it, they couldnt find anyone apart from NICOLE to help them - who is by the way very rude and has a smirk on her face always. She kept on saying that she has never EVER seen a Groupon for Kohl's, repeatedly. When I mentioned that it was available just for a few hours last month, she said that she too has groupon app, but havent heard of Kohl's offers on that, she was very sarcastic and rude. Then after being with Groupon customer service for sometime, she comes back and says that it was tendered back in November. I said I havent used that ever; and she says I might have to sort it out with Groupon, but pay right now.
When I came back home and chatted with a Groupon rep, they immedialtely said within 20 secs that it has not been redeemed so far, and they would be glad to provide a voucher for me, since soom technology-deficient, rude and inconsiderate folks like Nicole dont know how to use it.
Such a shame to say I am never going back to that store again just because one person made me feel like a liar and herself doesnot know how to do her job. I will try my luck with the 95th St store as suggested by another reviewer below.report this review -
