The Greatest!
I had Rewards money and the cashier gave me a coupon and an additional 20 percent off at the register. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I wear Petites and the selection is limited.response / report this review -

Wanted to buy Vacuum cleaner. Store had one on display, however employees couldn't find one in stock. Two different employees said they could help us find it on store kiosk however it didn't show it in the system. Both employees said that they could try another store, but that it was possibly discontinued.
I went down the block to Home Depot and made my purchase, they had eight in stock.response / report this review -

Needed business casual for my husband asap! Usually Kohls has coupons to get additional savings, but we happened to HAVE to go on the week when no coupons were available. Regardless, we walked out with 5 button up shirts (great brands!) And 2 pairs of nice slacks for about $170! Should even be getting some rewards back to grab him some dress socks next week. Very happy. An extra coupon as a card holder would have been nice though for 5 stars lol

This morning Nov 9th 2016 on Sunday. I went there to return the item to customer service.There are 2 lines (1 to pick up on line and the other to return) 2 people standing on pick up line and 7 people stand on return line). These 2 cashier keep saying I'll be right with you but they keep helping pick up line customer.And took forever to wait in return line. They supposed to call our line too. Beverly (the customer service) she is so dumb ass! stupid customer service.

I just love going here they're prices R reasonable and great stuff. Google maps asked if the Kohl,s was a place to run in and out. I said No only because they have such great stuff U just want to go through the whole store to see everything. I go in to just pay my bill and never leave before I'm in there for an hour or longer.
