Racist, lazy, and unfair treatment to tell a few. This is the third time I've gone in there. Three strikes they are out. The greeter looked straight at me and the children and didn't say a word but greeted the people who came in a couple seconds later. My children and I were looking at the kid's clearance sock and hosiery area. It was a mess. I picked up a pair of tights that had a clearance tag on them. They were wrapped and taped. They were in my daughter's size. I went to the clearance area for boys. I picked up a boy's tie with candy canes, which also had a clearance tag on it. After ringing up over $400 of items, I asked her to check the price on the leggings amd the tie. After 17 minutes, three additional employees came and I was told they can't find the price. I said the tag is the price. The cashier said she can't ring it up because the computer system does not recognize the item number. Use the Tag number she said there was no inside number so she couldn't type it in.I had a coupon from the mailer for $10 off for women accessory purchase she said it wasn't valid because the purse and socks do not count. I read it out loud to her. She said no. I told her get the manager sge said she was the manager. After finishing she was ringung the lady behind me. She bought socks. I heard her say your total is 23.45 do you have your disvount coupon for accessories. Montgomery Kohls they get the job done. No tag they type in the number. Put in clearance by mistake they show you, item doesn't match they tell you. Only one cashier us involved. Close the KOHL'S in Prattville This is bad for Kohl's reputation. I am nice but others are not. Do not go to stores who hire racists or incompetents.

Love this store, love the selection of items they have, the perfume and jewelry are actually amazing and the girl who works in the jewelry department, Emily Barber, is so helpful and sweet. She makes coming back worth it every time. I really like that you can get ALMOST everything you need for your house in this one store. I only wish the prices were cheaper originally so I wouldn't have to dig in the insanely unorganized clearance sections of every department.

Love shopping here, everything is neat and well organized and easy to find. Sizes run pretty true and they are always running some kind of sale. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean and well kept despite the holiday madness. Very good selection on hand. If an item is not in stock, it is ordered and shipped for free.

I wouldn't shop here if it wasn't for their coupons, the rewards program and kohl's cash because of prices. (Penny Pincher) As long as you learn how to stack and know when to use the your rewards, then this place will be your best friend.

The check out person was great. She is the best ever and she was at the return register. I was sent to her due to others in line at the regular check-out. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Don't have her name ..but wish I did. Going to look for her next visit.

I love a place where I can shop, use coupons, and there are friendly employees. I can't stand stores where there is no one to be found when you need help, so you have to walk all the way up front and ask a cashier who is already busy. It's great how there's always employees all over the store here who ask if I need help or are not too hard to find if I have a question. The store is always very well straighten too.

Clearance and regular prices were much more than the prices in Montgomery and not as much of a selection. Not worth the drive to shop there.

They made it easy to get in and out on Black Friday. You can find just about anything you need and the staff were very friendly when you asked a question.

I always find great merchandise at this location. I also rack up on Khol's cash especially on black Friday. They usually have everything they advertise in store if you go soon after the ad arrives. This is always my 1st stop on black friday!
