The lines weren't too long and the store was clean and well organized. It was easy to find what we needed, and we especially liked the self-service kiosks. Unfortunately, the shoe department was very picked over, so there was basically nothing in my size or my son's size.

I returned a pair of Kookaburra shoes that had ripped in the back by the heal. Kohls exchanged them with no questions asked! I didn't even have the box they originally came in. I wish I could remember the associate that helped me! She was so patient and really sweet! I hope she sees this review and remembers the experience, so that she knows I'm very thankful! Thank you to the very nice lady that helped me!! I hope you have a blessed day! 😀

I have always LOVED Kohl's! They have cute stylish clothes most of the time but here lately they've been falling short! They need a bigger makeup and skincare department there are hardly any to choose from! Other than that I love the clearance rack They're prices are very competitive but every time I go I always spend more than $200literally everytime because it's so easy to take advantage of their sales!

A very upscale store in the spirit of classic department stores. Full of Bargains to be found everywhere. My Son,daughter-in-law and I went down to New Albany to do last minute Christmas shopping, and my son found me 3 $50 list price dress shirts for $5 a piece! He also got me a couple of pairs of nice khakis also for$5 ea! Kohl's combines Rock Bottom price with high quality merchandise! An absolute treat for Shoppers!

We got some good deals and when we went home I realized that I left my phone in the shopping cart, so I called the store & the manager went out to parking lot and found my phone.

Cashier took my discount off after I handed her my card bc it was not my kohls charge card. FOR REAL? I asked her first if I could use my bank card she said yes. She misunderstood and it cost me? They should have honored it. Why are all department stores forcing you to use their darn cards? Well, we know why but that does not mean it's right!!!

Can be expensive sometimes, but they have good service. The only one problem I had was one of the employees being stuck up and giving rude looks at m, other then that I love shopping here, and I love the kolhs cash back coupons

Good luck finding someone to help you if you can't find something. Sales lady in the jewlery center is snobby if you're not wearing vera wang or other expensive brand. Also make sure you don't look like you might steal something or you will be followed around. Wear your best outift!

They have some great deals if you only Buy clearance items. I hate that they send me coupons that have a start date because every time they do that and I go there I get a bunch of stuff and then they tell me that my coupon is not valid. They aren't very nice about it either they act like I'm an idiot and the staff is not that great. Just save time go somewhere else

Good selection, good discount for members. Only place I can find men's clothes for my size and price range. My wife takes forever trying stuff on, but that's not their fault. :P
