i went in to kohls and the girl told me that i should get a kohls charge card. If i did, she would give me 25% off. I spent quite a bit of money, so it made since. I filled out the form, was approved, and click the accept button. After that, she said that all the clothes and shoes i bought were nike and i will not get the discount. 20 to 30 minutes patiently waiting on her to figure out an issue she had with the register. I paid full price, no discount, and left. I got back to work and called to speak with a manager. I asked the manager to make sure that i did not just get a kohls charge card that i do not need, but would have if i recieved a discount like i was told. The manager told me that there is nothing she can do, that i need to call the card company. I spend a lot of money at kohls and until this evening they were my favorite dept store. No longer.

Kohl's has a great selection of name brand clothing. I also enjoy the jewelry section in this store. I find that Kohl's Cash can drastically reduce already competitive prices.
