Prices are not on much of the electronics nor posted. Stocking stuffer type items are poor quality for a premium price. Aisle ways are filled with extra merchandise to the point that people are getting frustrated if another customer is where they want to look. I expected better quality than what I am seeing here. If you have loved ones with a wheel chair who needs to shop skip this place they will only be druatrated in not being able to fit between racks. Forget about going through the men's department it looks as though merchandise has been thrown every where. Floors, over racks, it is a mess. Very disappointed. Strange attire also found for a very high price. Wild suit jacket available if that is your thing.

Suspicious open ceiling tiles in the men's fitting room, right near a wall that is a stock room on the other side. Seems like someone may be able to watch you try on clothes to make sure your not stealing. If not, then it's very poor attention to details.

Absolute worst costumer care service. Bought clothing and paid with a check, because we pay cash for everything. (We don't fall victim to their credit card scams) Wanted to return the items that didn't fit, and they said I can only have a merchandise credit, because it was a bank check. It has cleared the bank already, it's been over a week, there were no coupons or Kohl's cash used. There is no reason they can not refund my cash. Refused to do it.

Never will do shipping from Kohl's online ever again. Ordered 4 items, they were shipped together. Only 1 of the 4 items were included in the package. Online chat 3 times, get "we need to look into this" over and over. I never heard back from anyone at Kohl's. Today I receive an email stating I got Kohl's cash and rewards points due to a recent partial order cancellation. Umm okay, I didn't cancel anything. So I online chat again. Yep, they are not issuing me a refund for the missing merchandise or sending me the merchandise I am owed. I was forced to go out and re-buy the merchandise I never received. So I paid double! Not to mention, I had 2 other orders I received from Kohl's that were damaged. I ordered a frame that was wrapped in deflated bubble wrap and put in one of those packaging bags. Uh a frame should be put in a box! Another order was barely taped, so the post office had to literally tape the entire box. Take a little pride in packaging things that people pay for! What if it was your order that was received screwed up or damaged. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with Kohl's shipping. If I order anything in the future, I will be doing store pick up.
