PLEASE MANAGEMENT - move Jayne the cashier somewhere else. The rudest person ever. She interrogates every person and where they got there discount coupon and she will decide if you're allowed to use it. The whole line was looking at each other. It was embarrassing. I left her line and went to another set of cashiers.
This woman needs some training in customer relations.

Always has the best prices. Great clearance items too. Don't forget your coupon when you go! Only thing is that they need to sell more plain white running shoes, only 3 options.

So Im running late For work one day. I had to get a bra. I had just tried on a bra with No help by the way. Go to purchase the bra I TOLD the lady I was running late. She KNEW of me trying to get the tags on. I turn around after my purchase to run back to the EMPTY fitting room to put on. And she says "YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOMS". !!
EALLY? After I PURCHASED an Item HAVE THE RECEIPT. YOU KNOW IM RUNNING LATE!!?..
I dont care If someone says Policy whatever. THE MAIN ISSUE HERE IS COMMON COURTESY.

Lots of selection, but fairly standard for any Kohl's location. Friendly staff, no hassle returns policy, plus lots of discounts and coupons for the smart shopper.

Was in kohls twice this week and ended up with a Linda M, who rung me up both times. What a very nice person. She was so pleasant and helpful both times. And not only those 2 times but a couple of months ago she was the same way! Thank you Linda for helping with all my coupons. Clean store and always find lots of things. Good sales.

Very rude and discriminating employee (Linda) and a manager (Sandra).
My wife's English is not perfect, being an Asian-American immigrant, and the above mentioned individuals were terrible in how they were treating my wife when she was trying to use my Kohl's charge card.

My wife had no problem using my card before at this location as well as any other Kohl's she's been to. However, she was told by Linda that "it is illegal to use someone else's card, even if it's your husband's".
When I wanted to speak with a manager, Sandra came over and rudely said to my wife, "I don't need to talk to your husband". (I was able to hear her over the phone).

I've called Kohl's customer relations line immediately and reported this situation at least they were helpful and understanding.
