  Generally I like Kohl's a lot. But I went in today and it was very disorganized. Typically the clearance racks will have styles mixed amongst the same size. However today even the regular racks had mixes of styles and sizes. I walked out without trying anything on- it was too much work to find any particular piece in my style. Very disappointing.

  The store had great clearance items. Some of the other items seem priced pretty high.

  Love Kohls! I tend to order a lot online and love that I can go to the store for credit. Also I usually find more when I go!

  Kohl's typically has pretty good sale prices, especially on their clearance items. The major issue with this particular Kohl's stems from them being wildly too pushy on their credit card. It's just as simple, and perhaps more so, to shop Kohl's online and avoid the credit card application speech altogether.

  I love Kohl's. If they don't have what I need in the store I can always order it in the store. Clearance prices are awesome and there's almost always discounts. The staff is always happy to help.

  I went to several stores on Black Friday (Target, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, and more) but this one was by far the most poorly organized. I don't like their digital signage on their clothing racks to begin with, but when it's 3am and you're trying to find specific brands, it's nearly impossible. They had displays in the aisle's, but I couldn't find price tags on anything. I carried the item to the price scanner and couldn't get it to scan. Their toy section seemed like an afterthought. It was crammed in the corner of the store, the aisles were VERY tight, everything was a mess and there was no sort of order at all. I was there for some jeans and a board game. Due to the state of the toy section, I had to ask an employee if they had the game in stock; they didn't. Overall, they could have done WAY better. I will say though, their deals on jeans were fantastic on Black Friday, and the gentleman that helped us check out was very nice and friendly. By far the best part of our Kohl's shopping experience that night.

  This store is very clean and kept up. The prices are a little higher than Wal-Mart and K mart but not quite as high as some of the other department stores. (Dillard, Sears, and J.C. Penney). They do sell high quality items though. :-)

  Great customer service, they honor coupons well. Good place to save money. Good qualify items. Lots of clearance items. Worth shopping for Christmas now!

  I love Kohl's, and for the most part I have no complaints, but I'm taking off two stars for the constant credit card harassment. If I want a credit card, I will apply for one. You may ask me one time at checkout if I would like one. Otherwise, let me shop in peace! Today I ran from the credit card lady twice, and hid behind the purses once, because I am SO SICK of being asked when I go in there. And usually it's not just one time, because she forgets who she asks so she corners you again. Please find that poor woman something else to do. I know she is just doing her job, but it is SO obnoxious.
