This Kohl's store gets 5 stars for ensuring the long line for check out gets cleared quickly. The temporary cashiers are also friendly and helpful.

I ordered a Christmas scarf because I did not want to look in the store for it. They have a special parking space for pick-up which made it even easier and faster

I've never had a bad experience at Kohl's! I know when shopping at a big department store such as this one there will be longer checkout lines and messy displays. I'm not sure why some reviews are so poor. 5 stars from me!

Very Slow when checking out. It makes people standing in line want to leave because of the wait. Also cashier's are not helpful or courteous!

Unfortunately staff did not know their inventory. Their computer information did not match what is in the store.Men's clothing was a mess. Long wait at checkout

Horrible service. The lady at the jewelry section refused to make eye contact and never apologized for the wait whilst assisting other customers. As an African American woman, I was mortified when a SECURITY GUARD began following me and my granddaughter around the store as if we had done something incriminating. I hated it, the staff was racist. The manager however, was very apologetic; but I will never be taking my business to another Kohl's after this visit.

I've never had a bad experience yet with Kohl's I can name several people but I don't have their names but I have Pam's name she's at the jewelry counter and she always takes good care of me and I'm praying for her because she's not well right now also there's a tall young man that works at the registers with glasses on and he has a lot of hair he has worked at the other counter he's always there to help me and there are several others but my experience is usually pretty good if it wasn't I wouldn't shop there

We only went to find a bathing suit, and they had a good selection, but the racks were a jumbled mess and we had to scour all the racks to find the right sizes. It was like shopping in a big discount warehouse.

This store is gross.I spend usually a thousand a month here but for the past six months I havent spent any because of how nasty the store is.I dont know what happened to this store but it has changed to a downward spiral .No one greets you.Everyone dosent seem to be working to keep things or organized and clean.I wonder when its going to get cleaned.I will shop at elderbeermans next time this was a waste of time

The store management is unprofessional.I will never shop here again.A sale sign from the previous week was still on the shelf.Management wouldn't give me the sale price. The jewelry cashier made me buy something from the jewelry counter that I didn't want just to get out of the store faster. The line for checkout was long.There was only one cashier and lines were backed up to the clothing area.I will tell my friends not to shop this store.Floors were very dirty.A lot of work needs to be done here starting with management
