  It's a nice family store. But this time of year it's best to get there as soon as you can in the morning to avoid large crowds and long lines at the register.

  Looking for dress shirts. Every rack was destroyed. Sizes mismatched. Shirts balled up. Embarrassing for Kohls.

  The staff is completely rude and unhelpful! I simply asked where the women's clearance was and the associate asked me if I meant plus size?! I am 5'2'', 110 lbs. Then the other associates laughed and walked away. Seriously!? So rude!
