This place is absolutely terrible . Management is rude and does not care about their residents. My boyfriend has lived here for about 8 months and we have called and asked for maintenance more ham 5 times to fix our leaking fridge and every time we call we are ignored. They always say they will come the next day and sure enough we stay home all day long just for no one to come ! Also we found bed bugs in the laundry room (luckily before we used it again) and when we shared this with the managers it took 1-2 weeks for them to come check it out! We no longer use the laundry machines here. The management also have blamed us and threatened to evict him before for something that people in other complexes were doing but we weren't . Is giving negative stars a possibility?

First of all if i could post with 0 stars i would have. If anyone rates this apartment complex over 1 star it is a fake review coming from management to raise its ratings or people who haven't lived here very long and haven't had to actually speak to the apartment management. I was repeatedly told I have to expect sub-par living conditions due to older building. The maintenance doesn't want to be bothered with any kind of repairs. Also Apartment manager treats everyone that doesn't kiss her butt like they are stupid. Don't move in its a trap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a great place to live!! We've been living here for 4 months and so far our heat was broke; we had no hot water or gas for 4 days because of a gas leak; the maintenance people has blocked me into the parking lot on two different occasions; and we've encountered their ridiculous strict car policy. I probably could have handled the first three problems with little irritation, but the strict car policy was the final straw. Bluegrass Manor has this strict car policy, so the complex can have a certain look. As part of their policy, they have to observe your car before you can move in and they continue to monitor the vehicles throughout your lease. No dents, scratches or noticeable marks allowed (no matter how small). This obviously would prevent certain people from living in their neighborhood, which I'm not even going to go into how bias that can be because, of course, not everyone can afford a spotless car. And I don't think people should be penalized for it. And this is coming from someone that can afford a very nice vehicle and pay for any repairs with no problems, but I can still recognize others' hardships.

Furthermore, if they do notice any marks, dents, flat tires etc. on your car after you move in they give you two weeks to fix it or at least have an appointment to fix it. No matter the cost because, apparently, people have hundreds to thousands of dollars to give up in a short period of time. And what makes matters worst, one of the Bluegrass Manor's employees cars have been sitting outside the leasing office for over a month (maybe two) with a flat tire. And NOTHING has been done about it. They don't even have a tag on the car which shows that this person is working on their car problems. If you're going to have a car policy, at least reinforce it with everyone including the employees.

I wish I could say that the apartments are nice, so this makes up for everything else, but this is not true. They have a terrible heating system, the worst paint job I've ever seen, and once you get into the apartment you start to realize how easily things break. We already had them fix our garbage disposable because of a serious leak.

I'm trying to think of some friendly things to say so I won't make it seem like everything is terrible. But the employees are just okay (seem a little fake). I like people to be more open and honest. There is plenty of parking around the complex, but it might be a little tight behind your building depending on where you live. This is actually how I got the small scratch on my car. Trying to squeeze through a tight space while the maintenance people was blocking me in. I had to get to work or I would have waited for them to move, but the office people rarely answer their phone, so I couldn't contact them to move the truck. And when I got my car tag about the scratch on my car I told the office employee, but she said there is nothing she can do about it. I just need to have the spot gone in two weeks.

Basically, I DO NOT RECOMMEND living here.

Bluegrass Manor is such a nice place to live. I have lived here for over 6 months and it has been a great experience. The Office and Maintenance Staff are top notch. They have always been readily available for any questions that I have had and they seem to always be striving for excellence within our apartment community. What I like most is that the grounds and pool are kept so nice and clean. If you are looking for a nice, safe and friendly apartment community~then Bluegrass Manor is for you!
