Very well organized. Employees in sight (no hunting around to find one), available to answer questions, & very friendly. NO long lines.

I've been here a few times for various reasons and at different times of day. It's always clean, staff is helpful when needed and lines haven't been too long for extended periods of time.

I was pleasantly surprised, the store has a good selection of merchandise and organized. I hate when I have to search. It was easy to find what I was looking for and I didn't have to run all over the store to find a sells person to ask a question in several areas both were friendly and helpful. The checkout lines were quick, so no long waiting in line. I definitely will go back.

I've been to 5 or 6 different Kohl's nearby and this is my favorite one. I love the layout of the store, I love that it's stand alone and not in the mall, and they always have lots of clearance. It helps that there's a Target right there and a nice Wal-Mart close too!

I went in for a set of socks and t-shirts for my father. In order to get one package of 6 shirts and 10 pairs of socks, it would have been $60. I also spoke to an employee about not being able to find the proper size of socks and was told that they don't carry size 12-14 in store and would have to custom order them, even though that is a common enough size. I also went to look for shorts myself and found them incredibly disorganized and most were on hangars that were not the right size and made it incredibly irritating to try to shop there. Overpriced and understocked.

This is an alright store they know how to get you to come back with their Kohls cash and sending you coupons in the mail.

I like this place because it's Kohls! That fact alone is reason enough to like this place :)

Decent inventory, terrible customer service. I'm avoiding doing returns and exchanges at this location from now on, because this one woman who works in CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps giving me an attitude. I felt uneasy even bringing in my receipt one time to return some clothes, because I thought she was going to bite my head off. The cashiers and the employees working in the departments are doing just fine though. Jewelry has helped me out more than once, as well as the employees in the men's section. If you can't make it to Tinley, you can go to this one but I wouldn't try doing a return or exchange here.
