It's an ok store and the employees seem nice. They asked if we needed help with anything. Prices are a little high and some items are not really well made. Like we bought a $50 pair of boots and the seam came apart on the 3rd wear.

On the off chance you find what you're looking for, it's outrageously priced. But hey, it ain't walmart so I sort of understand that. But then you get to check out. And its a once in a lifetime experience at this place. There's always something wrong at the register. And three people always come up and look at the screen and say "Huh" instead of opening up another register for their line of now frustrated customers.

Came in for one item only a backpack for school my son had his eyes on. All the bags were displayed in an orderly fashion sales were marked visibly. With the time time that I arrived no real wait. Thank you Kohl's and associate for a wonderful experience

I like their housewares, purse selection, and some of their clothing. However, sometimes it's hard to find an associate to help and clothing often shrinks after first wash so I often buy one size bigger in kids and adult sizes. Displays are often wrecked so I feel they need more floor associates.

I must have went in on a day that the employees forgot to clean. It was midweek, Wednesday, December 7, 2016 to be exact, so it wasn't like it was a Black Friday or anything. The men's section was a disaster, clothes everywhere. All of the displays were a mess. Makes finding anything very difficult.
