  Had some Kohls cash to spend to get kids ready for an upcoming wedding, we got everything picked out and went to check out, we forgot our card and asked the cashier to lookup the rewards account as has happened at any other store in existence as well as this particular Kohls with absolutely no problem, well today it was a major problem for this cashier and for who seemed to be the manager of the day. After being treated poorly the manager says they can't lookup the rewards account with the phone number because. get this. It's against the privacy act really?!?!? you're going to cite the privacy act to avoid doing a small facet of your job? Avoid this store like the plague, if you need something from Kohls buy it online, otherwise go to another clothing store, there are many and aren't as lazy or disrespectful.

  Terrible service, one of the workers there gave a terrible attitude and I couldn't shop comftorably without being asked as to why I grabbed a specific thing and if I wasn't going to buy it to not grab it.

  I'm giving this store one star simply because I have to in order to review. I have been to this store three times in the last 3 months. It is ALWAYS a mess!!! There is stuff falling off shelves, piles everywhere and no one around to ask for help. I'm closing my account
