They have a surprising amount of merchandise for the traffic they see. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Even during the holidays.

Drove from Clinton MO to this Kohl's in Belton and they forgot to take the security tag off two items I purchased and they did not even set off the alarm when I left. Long story short I drove all the way back home and had to make the round trip (160 miles) again to have the tags removed. They didn't even apologize!

Kohl's is my absolute favorite place to shop! I always find more than I go in for. The only thing that I wish was better are there price points. They are a little expensive. I do love there savings and Kohl's cash though, but even with that I wish there were less expensive so I could buy more. I will say the cashiers are super nice though. I enjoy shopping at the Belton Kohls.

Great selection, but wish they carried more brands of jeans in a 40" waist. Most cut off at 38", then pick up at 42-44" in big and tall.

The store is great and the prices are amazing. But if you have a son or daughter that is thinking about applying there Don't let them do it. I have only worked at this Kohl's for a lil over a month. I asked a few days ago to go home early because my mother needed help with the sick 16 month old and my step dad was out of town so he couldn't help out. I was then told that I have a job that I signed up for and excepted these hours so I should be expected to work. Then she continued to go on about how my mother can take care of the baby on her own and how she doesn't need me. In my opinion my family is always going to come first no matter what! I got written up because I chose family over work when my baby brother could have died because of how sick he was. This Kohl's is ridiculous!!! I do not recommend anyone working there ever!!!

Store was clean and organized. I was disappointed in the staff at the registers, I had $10. Kohl's cash to spend.I found tank taps on clearance have one tank had a different price same brand and style, size I ask the lady at the check out why? She made no eye contact and acted confused and said you don't want this one? I again explained the price issue she then said you don't want these meaning the other two. No I want them all why is the price different? No response she scans all three and points to the price on the screen. No I will go get a different shirt. When I get back to checkout with a different person and mentioned the other checker she paused and smiled and said no more. Won't be shopping alto at kohl's, we had not shopped their in while we had bad luck with their high end shoes. I like shopping at a store where the employees are happy and care about their job and employer. Sad to see kohl's has lost their first class standard!

Normally this is my go to store for good clothes and shoes at a reasonable price, however the cashier that helped me tonight was extremely rude. I walked up as he was leaning on the counter asked if he was open, he sighed did not respond and walked behind the register, he was agitated and called saying he wasn't even supposed to be on a register, after 5 minutes or so of him delaying to log into his register I finally was able to purchase my ONE item I paid and had some kohls cash remaining which he mumbled and handed to me. Was very unhappy considering I have been a cashier before and work customer service pretty much my whole life.

The first-of-the-year sales and clearance sections were well organized and easy to shop. I was able to scan my phone and use my rewards with no problems. The sports area was so disorganized, however, that clothes, jackets, and pants were heaped up on top of displays. I literally couldn't shop the sports section without scooping and tossing, so I left that area and headed for the checkout. Cashier was fast, friendly, and efficient, and we were out the door quickly.

This will be the last time I step foot in this Kohl's. After waiting in line for an extended period of time, the cashier told me I could save 30% today. I said okay, and asked if it was only for today? She said "maybe" and attempted to start signing me up for a credit card, which she never mentioned beforehand. She told me to "ignore" the Terms and Conditions of said credit card that appeared on the card reader. Wow. Just wow. I told her I didn't want to sign up for a credit card, to which her reply was "well, if you're approved then it's no problem." If I wanted a Kohl's card, I would've signed up for one when your associates ask the customers straight up if they'd like to save 30% by signing up, not when someone tries to trick me.
Moreover, not a single associate acknowledged me in the store. Eye contact, but no acknowledgment. Yikes.response / report this review
