Everything was great the only thing I would suggest would be new . The staff was wonderful. And need to fix the entrance to the parking lot.

Was overcharged for what booked for showed manager didnt care ice machine broken ref didnt work heard everything from next room there tv blarting at 3 in morning then turned down driveway was horrible and dark never stay tgere again

This reservation was made online so I had only the web site picture and description as a frame of reference. Upon arrival I discovered it was identified by an unlighted, painted wooden sign and shared an unlighted, unpaved, potholed parking lot with an adult pleasure store. If this had been my first exposure to Motel 6 it would absolutely have been my last.

It has been recently renovated and turned into a Motel 6 rooms are spotless hardwood flooring have been installed and they're still doing more work it looks awesome will stay again and highly recommend for the area thank you for a very comfortable stay I really appreciate it

What a nightmare! Stopped at 1am to rest while traveling. Credit card machine broke so had to pay cash. Then they didn't have change so actually paid more for the room. People beside me were loud and tv didn't work in our room. Stayed for 3 hrs and ended up leaving because I couldn't get any sleep. When I went to check out the girl said print wasn't working so she hand wrote the receipt. Don't go here!

We enjoyed the stay. The room was very clean and the attendant, Ms.Lisa , was extremely hospitable. We ski at winterplace and the fscility is very convenient.

Great Place if you just need a place to rest after a long drive. The Adult bookstore nearby wasn't "appealing" but didn't affet my stay at all. Helpful staff. Wonderful room for the price!

I made the mistake of being a walk-in customer as opposed to having been intelligent and booked in advance using one of the numerous discount affiliate booking services such as Kayak, etc. I paid $78.39 for one room with two double beds, and it was an absolute unacceptable rate for such an unpleasant experience.

The room smelled awful, somewhere between the scent of stale cheese and chemicals. The TV did not work directly via remote; we had to read instructions on how to program it to a special channel before the cable would work via remote. The bathroom sink backed up quickly if the water was flowing while I brushed my teeth or washed my hands; I guess the plumbing is partially obstructed and needs to be snaked, etc. The alarm clock looked a bit dirty and was not plugged in, so we had to pull out the nightstand and look for the outlet in order to reconnect it. When I woke in the morning, I came to with a woman's long wavy red hair stuck to my bottom lip, which proves the bedding materials had not been thoroughly laundered since my travel partner has a very different hair type and color (and all I did was rest lightly on top of the comforter and use one pillow; I cringe to imagine how lackluster my sleeping experience would have been had I got deep into the sheets and used more pillows). The "free breakfast" was a scanty variety of some danishes and coffee, didn't look very welcoming or fulfilling.

Staff was friendly, yes, but that only goes so far in importance when the essence of the transaction for a hotel room is to procure a safe, quiet, and clean environment for refreshing your tired body that has become exhausted on the interstate. For these reasons, I am wildly disappointed about the lacking value I received with my one-night stay here at the Knights Inn at Ghent, WV, and wish I could have gone back in time and selected some other lodging, maybe even just slept in the boxtruck? Seriously. I cannot help but recommend that other travelers reading up on this hotel further their search and move on to consider other, more deserving destinations.

BEWARE: this hotel is NOT a good deal, and highly overcharges for its mediocre accommodations. Consider yourself warned!

Smelled like cat urine and smoke Really badly.. The room was not very clean. Horrible location Right next to an adult store! Front desk attendant had on her pajamas.. The other guy was kind of rude.. The people in front of us paid $20 less than we did.. We know cause the front desk guy was saying the rates.. Very bad experience Did I mention it smelled really bad?
