We ordered from the website, and picked up from this location and Marcus was amazing. Since we didn’t know that we had to pre-order, we ordered at the location, and Marcus did a great job communicating on the status of our order and kept checking up on us.

Uber eats said food was ready but I waited for 25 min in the snow. Then found the food (moon bowl chicken kimchi ) was terrible. Brown rice was cold and a bit raw. The chicken was not fully seasoned and cooked. Kimchi didn’t have picked flavor. Won’t order again.

Heads up:
It is pick up only at Kitchen United MIX. We ended up here because we wanted Panera and there doesn’t seem to be many Paneras left in the city. We were hoping to sit down and eat, not wait and pick up our food.

Honestly not a fan of Kitchen United Mix. I would have rather been informed that it was a pick up only spot instead of Google maps leading me to a mess hall for delivery food services.

Always on point over here, I don’t know what more to say. Every single thing we have had or tried here so far has been freaking rockstar, we have never done delivery, although pick ups a snap. They’re our newest pick for refined dining flavors at a casual dining price with something for everyone and every taste alike, all on one check with no hidden surprises or fees and one pick up site. Helping moms bring more to the table with over 10+ optionals to chew on from #vegan do #Korean, #salads #pizza and more in store with kitchen united mix. Mix it up wether cc for breakfast, lunch , brunch or dinner. This place here is a real #winnerwinner so much more than an amazing hot chicken dinner moms. Pick all this, it’s all so yum.

Picture a black seasonal canopy on the side of a larger warehouse; the sort used to enclose an entrance or outdoor seating for winter. The door says "WELCOME." On the wall are placards of familiar franchises. Inside the door is a counter. Behind the counter is a shelf, where your order sits in a bag. You give your name & the restaurant you ordered from, & you leave with your to-go. That's it. You'll never know where your food was prepared, how it arrived on the shelf, or how long it has been there. Is it a food replicator? A drone landing pad? A front operation? Your guess is as good as mine.
