Very disappointed and embarrassed. A very good friend of mine parent died while I was away so I asked my mother to personally order rather then order with an online company since I wanted to make sure all would be good. Sadly I found out that our names on the card was incorrect something that never would have happened if I ordered online but I wanted to support local business.

I was traveling to Defiance on my way to my brother's graduation and realized I had forgotten to get my mom a corsage before I left home. I looked up florists in defiance and found Kircher's. It was a Saturday afternoon 1 hour before closing, and I was 2 hours away. The woman who answered the phone was great! She said they would be happy to help me out and, since they would be closed when I got there, would give the corsage to someone in the attached greenhouse. Both the product and the customer service were top-notch. If I lived in Defiance Kircher's would be my florist of choice!
