As a new employee with Kingston Healthcare Company, I must say that I've been totally impressed with the company, its mission and philosophy, and most of allthe entire Kingston Team! I would have given five stars because the patient clients are cared for so well, inside is kept very clean, and professionalism is great. However, maintenance and upkeep seem to be lacking since my last visit from out-of-state last year. The court yard is in need of lawn service; weed eating, edging, and flower bed weeding. It is unsightly and looks unprofessional. The door handle to the court yard has been broken for at least the past six weeks (fire hazard in my opinion). Glass doors on the main entrance are dirty and grimy, look like they haven't been cleaned in about 3-4 months. That aside, I wouldn't put my family member anywhere else due to the quality of care.

I have worked in several facilities during my career in healthcare. I am and have been pleasantly surprised by Kingston of Ashland. I am proud to recommend Kingston. I have seen teamwork though out the facility between STNAs , PT, OT , Nurses and administration. The client gets the best care when all the "team" communicates. I have seen folks that were so very ill and unable to walk into the facility walk out healthier and able to continue their life. I know if my family member needs excellent care and fantastic rehab I am going to do what ever it takes to get them to this facility.
