  We are beyond grateful for the wonderful work that was done by Kingship Restoration. We had a leakage in our restroom and we took advantage of the restoration process to renovate it. We are beyond pleased with the outcome. Gabe and Denise have a great team of professional who made the process very easy. No one is prepared to have to deal with the stress of an unexpected situation such as this one, but thankfully they took care of everything. Denise and Gabe were always reachable and ready to answer any question. They made sure the project turned out into what we had envisioned and much more. Here are some pictures of their beautiful work. They did everything from new walls, floors, painting, and installation of vanity and hardware.

  We enjoyed working with Kingship Renovation! The owners, Gab & Denise were at our home numerous times to discuss and oversee our bathroom remodel!
  Their employees were very conscientious and professional! Thanks Kingship our bathroom turned out better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend this company!

  My company had been involved with an unfortunate flood incident at a customers business, in where my insurance company has been involved with making our part in the situation right. To my knowledge all outstanding bills have been paid and I have not been notified of any issues with this claim by any involved parties this point. That appears to not be the case, and an outstanding balance still remains to this company. This is how I found out: Gabe Gutierrez, the "CEO" per his email signature, felt it appropriate to send a past due invoice with threats to place a mechanic's lien on our mutual clients property if they don't get paid up. He cc'd my organization, my insurance, and our mutual client into this email. No calls, no emails, nothing letting my organization know that there was an issue with payment from my insurance company. This AGGRESSIVE and UNNEEDED action makes us looks like we did not take this incident seriously and could potentially jeopardize the ongoing relationship I have with our mutual client- all because kingship clearly lacks the ability to communicate effectively or systematically with all parties involved. What a complete lack of professionalism!

  We are not quite finished yet one more weekend!! Woohoo I beyond recommend this company seriously no words to explain how amazing they are!! Gabriel his wife Denise and of course Hugo! Thank you thank you thank you! They not only did my restoration but also put my home back together!! Manny you rock with your tile work! Jauquin you are the most amazing painter ever! As asi gle women taking care of my Mom they went above and are still going above and beyond! So grateful to all of you and I will definitely invite you all ove over a BBQ and pool party this summer!! Thank you thank you thank you!! The best!!

  Gabe and the rest of the team and Kingship made our lives easy. We had a major leak in one of our hot water lines which did an immense amount of damage to several rooms. My husband and I, were stressed out because this leak could not have happened at a seemingly worse time. We immediately reached out the team at Kingship and they took the weight and stress completely off our shoulders. Gabe showed up at the house, drafted up a plan, and worked the issue directly with our insurance all within 12hrs of us reaching out to them. After throughly going over the way forward, Gabe and his team got straight to business on repairing our home. This was our second time working with Kingship and just like our first experience we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of this company’s work. Their customer service is remarkable! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Kingship Restoration for any water damage, mold remediation, and restoration work as needed. I will absolutely do everything through this company. I am confident that if you choose to allow Gabe and his team into your homes you will be absolutely satisfied with their process from start to finish.
