The guys at KBT know their stuff. I would strongly recommend.
We recently bought an Escape Platinum at Murray Ford. One major criteria was the ability to add tow hooks. The Murray Ford team sent us to KBT who then called Murray Ford and ordered the part from them. So kudos to KBT and shame on Murray Ford for not knowing their cars.
I don't care for sneaks creeping around at night snatching people cars
KBT ALWAYS comes correct with customer service and satisfaction. Really love these guys, they've done extensive work on my Boss 302 and Jeep wrangler.
Great experience! Had my new sound system installed, and it is incredible!!
Went there for a simple CAI install. The cai I had installed had a restrictor that needed to be put in since I had no tune on the car, but serviceman did not install it nor did he tell me that he didnt-he simply put that part with my old intake into the box without even telling me abt it. Not putting the restrictor on a car without a tune damages the engine of the car and I drove around 200-300 miles with the engine light on not knowing about it finally figured it out after deciding to tune it. Also when i was waiting on my install i saw serviceman that were not working on my car getting in and out of the interior..cmon really? Avoid.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They do such a crappy job, melted a piece of my driver side door.. And thought I wouldn't notice!!!
Not a very good overall experience. More than anything, the attention to detail was terrible. I had a spray in bed liner done and something fell in the bed before it dried and left and imprint. I wasn't too concerned about that though. What concerned me was that my brand new $48k, 2016 truck was covered in dust inside and out from sanding the bed down, that disappointed me. There was also masking tape left stuck to the front bumper. I then returned to have a truck cap installed and it too was just disgusting as far as cleanliness. There was fiberglass dust all over the inside and outside of the truck cap. I later brought my wifes brand new car to have a DVD player installed and the headliner and rear air control in the ceiling got scuffed up in the process only to find out the DVD player couldn't be installed. We then brought her car back there to have a backup camera installed and they blew a fuse, messing up the entire radio system. They did right the wrong by giving us a rental and working with the local dealer to fix the problem but again, lacked attention to detail. We received our car back with mud stains in the flooring. When you turn $36-$48K vehicles in to get things done, you expect that investment to be taken care of with the upmost respect and attention to detail but that was not the case in both of our vehicles. We spent a total of $2500 there and will never do it again. I want someone working on my vehicle as if it were their own.
