Beware! Do not take your truck here. The shop manager is unreasonable. I was completely stranded when my truck broke down 2 weeks ago and I live 85 miles away.
Here is the short version of the FACTS.
It took them 3 days to diagnose (I called early morning day 1 to explain to them what I thought the problem was-lifter cover gasket on Cummins 5.9 24V-which is what it was).
They quoted me ancillary work and 8 hours of labor total, that didn't need to be done such as oil filter and fuel filter. Additionally, I Over the phone we negotiated to not do the extra work and that my truck has an air dog system which relocates the lift pump and hoses out of the way=even less labor.
The truck took them until Monday of the next week (5 full business days).
They would not adjust the labor even though they agreed to not do the extra work. The shop manager was emotional when I tried to discuss this with him, and would not compromise for even .5 reduction in labor.
This business is not BBB accredited for good reason!

If you own a diesel this is the place to have it serviced. Great service and they are very customer friendly.
