Recently, Reynaldo Romo from King's Appliance inspected and repaired an icing problem in our Sub Zero refrigerator. He accurately determined the cause of the problem that had confounded others, ordered parts, and accomplished the necessary repair in a professional and prompt manner. First rate service. Thank you Mr. Romo and King's Appliance.

The tech told me to call customer service and complain to get a free appliance rather than repair it. I tried to do as he said and the warranter said that is not the policy and had to start the whole process over. They were also rude and unprofessional over the phone and the overall feel was that I was a nuisance. Will avoid them in the future.

Do not give them your business!

Will never use King Appliance again! I own a Bosch dishwasher that was giving us error codes before shutting down and still under warranty. We were having problems with the Bosch service technician assigned to us from Tucson so we decided to go local and pay out of pocket. King's Appliance is the only Bosch certified technician in Sierra Vista. The tech showed up for 15 minutes and did nothing to attempt to fix the dishwasher. Instead he called me at work and told me how to fix it myself, he also stated that if it didn't fix the problem then he would need to order a sensor. After work I did what he told me and it didn't fix the problem. Already irritated that I was having to fix my dishwasher after paying some one to do it for me, I finished diagnosing it myself. There was nothing wrong with the sensor, that he wanted to order.

I have an LG refrigerator that stopped cooling - it is under parts (10 year) warranty and also a service (labor) warranty - and Kings is the local LG authorized repair outlet. They came on time. That is the last satisfying part of a long, arduous trial with trying to get them to replace the compressor. Their tech was obviously disinterested in helping - and on his visit he only double checked the model and serial number of the unit, and challenged me about whether or not my warranty was valid - but I had the policy in hand with valid dates. He left without evaluating the unit and said that the parts would probably be backordered and they would get back to me in a week or so..... So I called them daily for a status, and the warranty people also. Kings claims that the LG parts computer has locked them out and they can/t order parts. LG claims that is untrue and that Kings could call in the order, but has not. I am now waiting for the LG warranty people to assign another repair co. Kings has shown NO interest in getting this done, reflecting the lame attitude of the initial repairman. I cannot recommend them at all. If this is their attitude toward repair, why would anyone buy something new from them?

Called with a working washer that made a loud noise on spin cycle. Tech came and said it was the wash tub. Came back to install new wash tub and now my whole washer is completely inoperable. Cost $420 to go from a working, loud washer to one that does not work AT all. Called Reynaldo and he claims it was a coincidence and now wants more money to fix the control panel. I am going to JAG. They are crooks. Do NOT use them
