Not handicap accessible door, not too friendly, not the best in prices

Please update the hours of operation on your website and search results. We dropped our vehicle in your parking lot at 1am hoping to have our tire repaired first thing on Saturday morning, when, according to your website you opened at 8am, only to find you're actually closed on Saturday's. To make matters worse, members of your staff arrived while my husband was changing out the tire with the spare and no one even bothered to speak to us. Please update your website hours from 8-2pm on Saturday's to CLOSED so others don't experience this same dilemma.

I traveled to Beckley with my kids to go to the dentist. On the way I got a hole in my tire. They tried to repair the hole but did not succeed. They took the time to install my spare. They didn't have my tires in stock but took the time to call around to find someone who did so I could travel with my children safely! Definitely going back to them for tires and service!

I recently got tires here. They are open and are located in the old Grimefighters building. The service was great. I went back and had them change my oil as well as do my state inspection. I highly recommend them! I will definitely be back, at least every 3,000 miles!
