  I am so glad I chose King Storage for my storage needs. The building is new, and security is top notch. Knowing that my belongings are safe while I am out of state is one less thing I have to worry about. The move-in cost was a good deal, especially nice with how much it costs to move. Kaitie has been so great, even coming to meet me after hours when I needed to make a payment but couldn't get there earlier in the day. She goes the extra mile for her customers. I highly recommend King Storage!

  We have impressive customer service along with excellent communication here folks! It's been a nice experience right from the beginning. Day one I was rushing to get to the facility as I needed to procure storage that very day. I was nearly there when Kaitlyn (the manager) called me to inform me that they'd be closing soon. I told her that I was close and she said she'd wait for me. I made it and needless to say I was extremely grateful. Great customer service along a very clean & safe facility at a reasonable rate. Boom! I can't ask for more than that!

  This new storage facility is the best I've seen in the area. King Storage makes it easy to lease a space and also has several ways to pay your monthly fee without any hassle with an e-mail reminder each month. I believe their rates are appropriate for the unit size and the area.

  We needed a storage unit on the west end of town and King Storage has been perfect for our needs. The location is easy to get in and out, and the people are friendly and great to work with.

  We have rented a unit from King Storage on two different occasions in the past year and have been very pleased with the service here. It is very secure, easy to get in and out, clean, and overall probably the best units we have found in the Billings area for the price.
