I'm pleased with this facility so far in spite of encountering two issues early on. First, upon move-in, one moving truck got locked out due to a sensor problem which doubled my moving expense because of an additional 1.5 hours of lost time; however, the problem was resolved by the time we left. Second, I've had difficulty getting the slide bar to move, causing me much grief in locking my unit. I'm hoping warm weather will change that along with some WD-40 and continued use.

Got me right in with a storage unit! But the fee for insurance threw me off after I paid for the unit. I think it should be said in advance about the fee for the insurance,
Now I'm having to scrounge up the insurance fee. But over all it's been really simple to get into a storage unit.
