I frequent this store often and the deli department staff is just horrible. They close early, bad attitudes, more worried about texting than helping waiting customers and the most critical detail is that the food is always old (chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes)always, unless you come at 9 am. Raise the wage and get better employees.
Its pretty well stocked. Super limited vegan section. Wish you guys had more ;(
This store is such a lovable place to go for shopping. The cashiers are so organized. You cant be kept on the queue for long to be served.
There were no cashiers on duty at almost half past 7 in the middle of the week! Long lines at self check because some people had to self check entire shopping carts of items. Other than that it was clean, well stocked and inviting.
I never thought much about this particular location of King Soopers or the store nothing out of the ordinary until today when a courtesy clerk name Tony help to bag my groceries and get my things in the car. What a pleasure to meet such a kind and courteous person this King Soopers should consider themselves very lucky to have an employee like this. After helping me get my groceries in the car the gentleman stopped and picked up trash on his way back into the store. Never seen such a worker like him.
Definitely the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a grocery store. Knowledgeable and proactively willing to help. Great weekly deals as well.
Even though this store is in the barrio, it doesn't have to behave like a barrio store! Long lines, apathetic clerks and neighborhood people putting stuff in their pockets and bags like it's what they're SUPPOSED to do. The drivers in the parking lot just blow through the crosswalk like you're not even there. I understand that it's not the stores fault that drivers behave that way. But, how much liability does the store bear when someone DOES get hit? If you can go to the Lo-do Kings or somewhere else, I recommend you do. This used to be a great grocery store. Now it's kinda scrappy and a little scary.
May want to hire nicer employees. And if the in-store Starbucks doesn't have a google page, negative reviews are going here. Don't waste time going to this Starbucks.
I think it's clean and well-organized here. The food is good and the selection is great. Parking is easy. Sometimes the there seems to be some sketchy activity outside the store, but there is a security guard that seems to be active and observant.
It's a dump and dangerous! Homeless people every where that won't leave you alone, the property of filthy and smells bad. They used to have top rated Security there but they have all been replaced my non-gun carrying low paid guards that are only "security monitors"
This place gets a bad rep because there seems to be homeless people hanging outside of it all the time, but the actual store is great. The friendliest staff I have ever interacted with at a grocery store, must be well managed.
I like the discounts on thing good at the store The bathrooms are lock they are clean. The greeting from security officers at the door of the store. Is good Servie. Bad services they let to many people steal from this store. So better security on that end but smiling faces 😃
This is my favorite King Soopers in Denver. The aisles are wide enough. The selection of food is good. The covered parking lot is vast. There are enough checkout lines to handle the busiest of days. This King Soopers is staffed with experienced employees. My only complaint about this location is the occasional panhandler wandering the parking lot looking for a handout.
I am either on foot or on public transportation.
This is the store I prefer if I'm not purchasing anything other than groceries.
My other store is further away from home and costs more to get home by cab.
Prices are good at King Soopers and I like the fact that you carry organic goods and organic veggies as well.
I love King Soopers, my fuel points, and look for triple points. By all your gift cards. This goes towards, fuel points. My last gas price paid $1.14 per gallon of. I'm a full time single father of three. I learned this from a single mother. Thank God for single moms. Dead beat parents suck!
