Always friendly and fast. Example I have a loved one who uses the big pharmacy at the bottom of the hill and we have literally tried calling them for 3 days with no answers. At Kings you always get an answer. Stay local, these are the people we grew up with, they care about Hazard and our people.

Well I really like the people however, they need a lot more training or help down there. I go to two different doctors every month and get to sets medication throughout month and it’s like game of phone tag trying get my medication filled. The pharmacy will claim they never called it in and the doctors always say they called it in hours ago, and sometimes twice. I know doctor offices can sometimes make mistakes but this shouldn’t be happening every month twice month at two different doctors. I never had this problem before when I filled at cvs and local pharmacy I use to use. It’s very frustrating to have to call you doctor to ask them to call you medication in when they already have and they are have take time out their busy schedule to do it again. I really like the pharmacist and I want to give them my business but there is problem with communication there. My brother also gets his medication filled there and has same problem every month and we have different doctors. I really like supporting local businesses but I think I might have consider switching because I don’t have the time or patience to do this every single month twice.
