  I work at a doctors office and I received a call from access care and was screamed at. I was threatened to be sued and cursed at because of an issue with a medication .I called the patient that she was concerned about and the patient does not even receive medication from access care pharmacy. I then called back the pharmacy and they continued to decline our calls and hung up on me and my manager. I was appalled by this extremely unprofessional vulgar behavior. My manager tried calling corporates and no issues were resolved. If you want to go to a ethical professional Pharmacy this is NOT the place to go.

  The individual who constantly answers the phone who is not the pharmacist nor the owner is a complete nasty individual that does not know how to speak to anyone. This is not the first time she has spoken to me in a disrespectful manner. How in the hell are you guys still in business. I dare for the the person who actually owns this pharmacy to reach out to me in regards to the poor customer service provided by this office. So disgraceful. Worst pharmacy ever.

  As a practitioner I was treated poorly by the pharmacist when trying to explain the situation that the patient was having. Refused to listen and treated me rudely. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

  Ximena is very rude, she cut me off so many time when I was speaking, she blames the whole world when her job is not done right, bad pharmacy to receive medication from when you have to deal with rude workers!

  This place is horrifying, the main nightmarish pharmacist, Ximena Pacheco-Veliz, does not help and is extremely rude if you have any questions.(when you can even understand her) I wouldn’t return if my life depended on it, save yourself the headache and find a pharmacist who actually cares and knows what they’re doing. I’ve never been to such a terrible place in my entire life, I will be reporting her everywhere I can to warn others!
