So far my experience with this office has been frustrating because of multiple events. I noticed a $100 for a "policy rate change" on my motorcycle policy out of nowhere and called to find out what was going on.

I spoke to Brooke, an Agent at the office, who I asked to explain the reason for the automatic withdraw and she has not given me any explanation as to why I received it.

I asked to speak to Kim on multiple occasions & she was rude and would not give me a straight answer as to when he would be back in the office.

I explained I never received any bills and she verified that the address I CALLED EARLIER TO BE UPDATED was never updated.

I am now currently without any insurance because Brooke failed to give me a call back, which she stated she would do, to reinstate my insurance.

Basically they withdrew $97.47 on top of my monthly payment without a valid reason or letter and refused to give me my money back.

Please take your business to a different office, I will no longer have insurance through statefarm.

Customer service is great and they try their very hardest to serve you well. They obviously work to find ways to serve you through their company, but it is with your best interest involved. Overall, I've been very satisfied and was impressed with their kindness.

Kim's office is great. Tammy was always helpful whenever I called. She is very knowledgeable. She even saved me money when she found they had my car being charged a higher rate because it was listed as the deluxe model in their system when it is actually the lower level model. I received a refund for the difference they had been charging and the refund was received within a week. Speedy, honest service. Ask for Tammy!

I have really enjoyed working with Kim and his staff to help me with my insurance! They have been very easy to work with and the staff is especially friendly. I would highly recommend them and their services to deal with insurance. They have helped ease my fear and frustration with insurance by helping and walking me through it.
