I have been so pleased with how my husband and I have been taken care of with Express Insurance. Express Insurance has been so helpful. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. They always respond quickly to requests and can always find me the best/lowest rates on home and auto insurance. It is so nice to have someone local to talk to. I highly recommend them!

I was with American Family and was happy untiI had to use the insurance, they didn't want to pay out, and wanted to depreciate items I had which increased in value the older they are. I found Crystal with Express Insurance 2 years ago and I've been happy since, I had an older home that was difficult to insure, but not for Crystal. Also I just got back from Hawaii and had a question about my insurance while I was there so I called Crystal (mind you this was on the weekend) she got me an answer in a timely manner. Their service has been so great I've switched my business to be with Express Insurance.

I recently started a business the requires garage keepers liability insurance. I called several brokers and agents trying to get a quote. I got a hold of Crystal at Express Insurance and she absolutely incredible to work with. Out of all of the agencies and brokers I spoke with she was literally one of 2 who actually gave me a quote and got back to me in a timely manner. She called when she said she would, she worked hard to get my start up business ample coverage at a great price. It's SO refreshing to have someone follow up and do what they say they're going to do. I am very impressed with their service!
