  Went in the store while walking Duvall. Tried about everything in the place. Sales person was nice, answered our questions, not pushy at all. Didn't plan on buying anything, but when my wife sat in one particular swing, it was over. Placed our order and left. It arrived at our home shortly after we did (total time maybe 2 weeks). Everything was just perfect. Couldn't be happier. Thank you !

  This is the most awesome, dreamiest, fun and welcoming store in Key West!!!!
  It's like heaven on earth floating in one of their Jumbo Hammock chairs!
  I did not want to leave this place! 😃
  I bought two Rainbow Hammock chairs and a Jumbo Key West Hammock and I LOVE THEM!!! They are sooo Soft and Comphy!! I can't wait to move into a bigger place where I will have room for one of their Summit Swings!!! Five Stars alll the way!!!

  You said it wouldn't rust - it rusted horrible. You said the fabric wouldn't mold - it did. You said the wood wouldn't mold or discolor - it did. I tried to get help - nothing. Isn't it fraud to make promises that a product performs a certain way when it clearly doesn't. Disappointed in your product and disappointed in your company.

  Went in looking at getting a hammock, came across a 2 seating hammock and sat down. The sales person was nice at first. After about 5 minutes talking about the hammock while sitting in it, he came over and rudely states that we can't just be screwing around in a hammock here and that someone else might want to sit there. He then hands a card over and says bye have a nice day..kicking out potential customers, that's a great way to run a business..

  Previous experience was great, but today the salesperson was so rude to border on frightening. It is about 9:00am and our first day here do we are in high spirits. Joked, obviously joked about getting 50% off and Bill took offense. Followed us around making snide comments. Actually following us out on to the sidewalk to yell "good luck finding someone to give you half off" We were kinda afraid of the guy. We were not drunk and were in such a good happy mood and happy to be in KW. This guy was an asshike in spades.

  Hammocks that are comfy & wear well. A pit on the pricey side, but definitely a nice product.
