  Good customer service with Long time experience. Specially palm he's a nice person.He's a hard worker working hard to solve customer issue. any time when i need support he's the one I call for help. I have really appreciate for his experience, Knowledge, Customer service, patience.thanks for your help and keep it like that bro 👍

  If i could give negative stars i would. Not only is this company, Unprofessional, Uncommunicative, Rude, and just plain distasteful overall experience. The owner is a another story in all, He can definitely use a class or two in integrity, honesty, courtesy & customer service, He lacks in all. He definitely sets the tone for this company. Please save your money, Its better to be uninsured in my opinion , If this was the only company in the world to insure you. They would be doing people a favor by shutting their doors forever. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  What a deal by Key Insurance! They have good packages for businesses that can't beat any others. Customer service is very good. Manjit is very professional agent. Definitely recommend!

  I have been in the Livery and Transportation industry for more than 5 years now and gone through more than a couple insurance agency in the Seattle area, but i can firmly say that Key Insurance the best. For the industry I am in there is absolutely no need to look any further. I came in to see the owner Manjit Singh about a month ago and he delivered on his promise to save me money on my premium. He has by far the most carriers to work with and can get you the best rate.

  I couldn't be more satisfied with my recent experience at Key Insurance. I worked specifically with Manjit who has been tremendously helpful and he took a great care of me by dealing with all the process and ensuring that I get the greatest settlement for my recent loss and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Each person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly and so quick to provide solution to problems . I would recommend key insurance for any kind of insurance needs highly . key is the best .
