  Not helpful. Today, sales lady only one on duty. Rental support staff not available. Sales lady offered no help at all. Went to another agency (American Caribbean) who was glad to help.

  Muchas Gracias to Lisa at KCB Realty! This trip was our first to the Florida Keys and we really loved this island. We had a rental right on a canal and then having a membership to the Cabana Club that came with the rental meant we could go the beach whenever we wanted. Of course, we rented a boat so my husband could go fishing every day but I was afraid the kids would be bored while he was out fishing, but there were lots of activities for us in the area that made the kids happy. They particularly loved the Turtle Museum that Lisa suggested. And the Crane Museum’s pirate ship! My son went crazy for that. The rental staff really made us feel at home and went the extra mile to help us find our way around since we are not from the United State and didn’t know anything about the Florida Keys. But they were right there whenever we had a question. The house was squeaky clean and had lovely modern furniture and more beds than we could use. It also had a barbacoa on the patio so we could grill up the fish without getting the house stinky.
