  I called Kevin after finding his information online confused as where to begin with the process. He understood I had a very complicated situation and he was extremely knowledgeable and insightful.

  I really enjoyed working with Kevin to find my new home. He was flexible in meeting with me and resourceful in gaining access to properties on the market. He gave me a lot of insights about things to look for in prospective properties - loft condos, in my case - and gave me the confidence that he was looking after my best interests. This is a huge factor when we're talking about the costs of buying a new home, especially in an overheated market where properties come under agreement within a couple days of their initial listing. I would work with Kevin again if I were to find another place, and highly recommend his services to anybody looking for their perfect home.

  My family was very impressed with Kevin! He's a terrifically helpful, friendly, laid-back realtor who made the sale our house in Danvers far easier than expected. Kevin stayed in regular contact with us, making sure we understood and felt fully involved in the whole process (from early social media marketing strategies right through to the closing). He knows the ins and outs of trusts, too, which proved invaluable in our case.
  
  One day, when we had begun to feel stressed that we would not be able to clean out the house in time, Kevin dropped by. In a calming tone he said, essentially, don't kill yourselves trying to achieve perfection; it'll all work out. And it did. His promotional materials, including drone images, presented the house to prospective buyers beautifully. Once the offers started coming in, Kevin translated their pros and cons for us and made the case for the one he considered strongest, while reminding us that the decision was ultimately ours. We were really, really happy that we selected him as our agent.

  I'm a first time home buyer in Billerica and I'm so glad I decided to go with Kevin. He was right by my side every step of the process, and was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. He was always there when I called him at any time of day. Kevin was very knowledgeable with every aspect of the home buying process and made it a fun experience buying a home, because of his calm and friendly attitude. He pointed out all the pros and cons to each property, and what my options were to do with the place if I lived there. On top of all that Kevin helped to negotiate the best possible deal on my home. I will absolutely be going with Kevin again on all my future home purchases. I appreciate everything Kevin did to make this process as smooth as possible. Thanks Kevin!
