Deal, specifically, with William Grohe. He's the mechanic that has his own mechanic business within Ketcham, but also does some work for Ketcham. He's the best! He will not tire until he finds out exactly what is wrong with your car. He is honest, hardworking, informative, does good work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend his - and Ketcham's - services.

Very poor service my chainsaw just needed a new spark plug, one week later they still hadnt looked at it. Their hours are not as avertised and if they dont pick your phone call (which happens often) no voice mail. Horrible at talking to customers as well. Believe me stay away!!!!!!!

Be wary Purchased $500 dolmar pro chainsaw saw here a few years back, also had it serviced here once before after cylinder failed at ~100hrs. After another 20-40 hrs operation cylinder is shot again. Dealer now says they don't work on them anymore, nobody to refer to, claims they can't get parts (available all over internet, they just don't want to bother) and even if i had parts, they are too busy, maybe in a month Basically no support for $500 professional chainsaw they sold and abandoned customers on when they changed their mind. I could have had better service than this at a big box store or mail order. Be very wary of investing in any equipment from this outfit. They are not in it for long haul and will not be a useful local resource when you need one, especially as they change mind on brands to support.

Always friendly, honest & competent repairs at fair prices on cars and lawn equipment. I've been going there for years and never had a complaint. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
