The staff at Keohane funeral home (Quincy) were amazing.Frank was so kind, compassionate and professional .He guided us through the planning of my mothers passing with ease and comfort. Keohane Funeral Home made a very difficult situation as pleasant as possible when my Father passed away unexpectedly. They made everything very simple and provided excellent service and emotional support. As a manager in the service industry, I have very high standards and every individual knocked it out of the park. Kathy, Frank and even the doorman Tom were all phenomenal. Everything was perfect. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Keohane Funeral Home. From the moment my family and I met with the staff I knew we had made the right decision. Unfortunately the wake and funeral were held on the two coldest days of the season. But the staff at Keohane's was prepared and made it a great sendoff for my late husband Tom. Although there were a few hundred people at the wake they were not left standing in the cold. The staff made a creative maze winding through the funeral home to get as many people inside as possible. The funeral went just as well. Many who attended the
wake and funeral that are not from this area commented on the staff at Keohane's. They told me how kind and helpful they were. My husband had been sick for a long time. Throughout his illness it was important to me that he be treated with dignity and respect and in the end that's exactly what the staff at the Keohane Funeral Home did. Thank you!

Very professional and take the time to walk you through what can be a very emotional process. They truly care about giving your loved one the most respectful and honorable ceremony. I had experience with other funeral homes in the area and can honestly say I was deeply impressed with the professionalism displayed by Keohane.

The Keohane family provided my family with the highest possible level of service. I arrived, as an out of town person, to make arrangements for my son's unexpected death and I knew from our very first contact that I was in professional hands. The family provided for me not only in matters dealing with my son but also assisted me with recommendations for other professional services. At every step they were compassionate, kind and caring.
