They were awesome..they took care of my mothers remain from beginning to end..From shipping her body to Puerto Rico made sure there was a funeral and her burial..all this was awesome..The funeral hall and cemetery was open that day just to accommodate my mothers body..thanks to the funeral hall carrasquio and Fajardo municipal cemetery who open briefly to help my family out..thanks again Henderson for all your awesome help RIP mom❤️thank you from the Monet Family

My family just had a recent loss of a loved one and they did amazing work on everything from getting our loved one ready to taking care of every detail we asked for. Awesome place and very courteous staff. Thank you for everything

Henderson's handled my mom's funeral during the summer. Paulette didn't communicate information to my stepfather in a timely manner. She had the family stressed out at the last minute saying we had to pay an additional fee upfront for live streaming when it was requested from the start of planning. Then she had the nerve to talk for about 20 minutes during the funeral to hand over the afghan. That was totally unnecessary and unwanted. She was no family friend, but she kept touching my stepfather and acting like they were close. What is that? Plus, that powder blue shimmery suit looking like she was going to perform at the Grammy's was inappropriate. The funeral director is not the star of the show, stay in the background and just do your job.

Lady who runs it seems like she’s only about business. Doesn’t really have sympathy for the people having a loss. It is a nice place but the energy just isn’t right. Did not feel like open arms. There are better places that will work with you and have consideration for you while dealing with a loss. We understand business is business but to work as a director in a funeral home you need to atleast be nice to the people asking for your services!

Wow, I was amazed at how they put my mother after seeing her so sick. She was beautiful! I like that inside was not too huge.
It is comfortable and private large places freak me out. This was perfect for us. They really work with you in helping with decisions and special request. I'm extremely thankful to them and highly recommend it. At first I thought we could of done better but I was wrong. Never judge a book by it's cover! 👍👍response / report this review
