I have had a great experience at Kenny Ross starting with the purchase continuing through the car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional, the facilities are clean and comfortable and making a service appointment is very easy as well. All said, it's been a 5 star experience.

Ask for Johnny Cash! He will take good care of you, give you a great demo, and work out a fair deal. This was the best experience! The only thing I wish is that the finance manager would have been a little kinder but other than that it was great!

I scheduled the appointment for the first oil change using K. Ross's online scheduling. That worked great and was easy. The people who greeted me when I arrived were friendly and inquired how my new F-150 was running and how I liked it. This was the first time came back to K Ross for service in 20 years and I believe there is a complete change (for the better) from my last visit. I will continue to have my 2017 F-150 serviced there.

I own my business, my time is valuable, like everyone's. The quick lane staff are top tier! Richard Kolling has always treated me as if I was the only customer who's vehicle needed in and out, while we all know he's got a dozen at a time. The tech who did my oil change and vehicle check-up, Alex, took extra time to explain the need for fuel filter checks on my diesel(and that I didn't need it yet) and what kind of life expectancy they should have. He went above and beyond as most techs don't want you in their way(it was also end of the day about 7pm). I have dealt with the Kenny Ross service center for about 4 years now and won't consider another location, I believe leadership is extremely important and when I've had an issue beyond simple oil changes, Geoff Jordan handles the task to make sure I am satisfied and it's staff like these people that will keep me buying trucks from only Kenny Ross and having them serviced by them!!!! Thanks guys, you save me time with zero quality sacrificed!!

They had cracked my windshield as I was purchasing the truck and didn't even say anything. They repaired it twice and still don't look like it did when I purchased it. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE A REPAIR DONE THERE.

Wow! I was amazed at how fast service was for an oil change and a state inspection. I had even opted for the free shuttle service (within 10 miles of shop) as they looked busy when I arrived. But they called me about an hour later and my car was ready! I definitely will be bringing my car back there - especially since they wash it for me!
