They have installed walkways through the park, love this.

Quiet peaceful park sitting right on the river where you can take the kids to Feed the ducks or watch a softball game or just play. Park is well kept and the shelter and restrooms are well maintained.

Nice play structures for kids. Basket ball court, ball diamond, tennis court. Could use more swings, and something that adults and older kids, could use to be more active with family and friends such as a small work out area near play structures, possibly permanent corn hole structure? Needs more picnic tables and I don't like that there are no longer trash cans.

My family went to Kennedy Park to check it out. My daughter enjoyed herself, and my wife had plenty of seating options to feed our infant son. Overall, I liked the park. There were several families there with kids my daughter's age, which made her experience even better. The only issue we had is that the park can become too crowded for the equipment available.

The park has been around since 1929 and is located on ten acres. Amenities at this park include a shelter, restrooms, a lighted softball field, parking, a basketball court, two tennis courts, a playground and a walking bridge over Little Blue River. Big hardwood trees accompany a quiet picnic area. There is also a handicapped accessible play area!

Great park to take the kids to. The only problem was close to the park, there is a manufacturing business. The business, itself,is not the problem, it's the trucks that has to pick up/drop off products are traveling at a too high rate off speed for little children to play around. Other than that, it's a great park.
