They were incredibly helpful in getting my policy started for a good price, but Ken French was terrible. Every time i went in there to make changes to my policy, he was rude and unprofessional. There was once were i was in his office trying to make changes to my policy that were going to cost me quite a bit of money and he completely ignored me midsentence and went to go meet his friend that had just walked in. Although the woman and the other man working there were very nice and helpful, he has caused me to look for insurance elsewhere.
