My daughter, Emma, was referred to Dr. Fox to fix her bite. The office is friendly, clean, and appointments are on time and efficient. Staff is really accommodating when we need to reschedule an appointment and helpful with any questions that we have. When I got a flat tire on the way to an appointment, they were understanding. When my daughter ran out of something for her braces, they provided it to us without question. I saw Dr. Fox for my braces 15 years ago, my daughter is there now, and my mother even went there for Invisalign! 1000% recommend!

Dr. Fox is wonderful! She was my orthodontist when I was a teenager and now my two children see her. She is always friendly and honest with her patients. The office staff is courteous, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice!

We’re very pleased with our experience at your Greece location. Olivia chose Invisalign, she’s almost completed her treatment, and very happy with the results so far. There’s never been a problem with scheduling or rescheduling her appointments, and there are plenty of after school and weekend appointments available. We had several consults in the Monroe county area as cost was also a factor. We chose Dr.Fox as our Orthodontist,,, we absolutely made the right choice. Honestly, the technicians are wonderful with her, always on time, and we’re in and out in minutes. I highly recommend this office, it is comfortable, clean, affordable, great parking, and accommodating. They’re professional, kind, responsible, caring, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you! My 7 year old daughter recently began phase 1 of her orthodontics journey and the staff at Dr. Fox's office has been excellent every step of the way. They are great with kids and have made her feel comfortable during every procedure and check-up. The office is beautiful designed and decorated and instantly makes you feel warm and welcome. My daughter just started seeing Dr. Fox and from the moment we walked in the door we felt like the most important patient she’s ever had. From the amazing welcoming signs to the friendly staff this office makes you feel so good throughout the visit. Dr.Fox explains everything prior to just doing it and makes the kids feel so comfortable in what may be a scary situation. I am so thankful to have my daughter in such amazing care with the staff at Dr. Fox’s office.
