  I have order cakes from Kelly Cakes for several years and never disappointed . She done a outstanding job on my daughters college graduation cake . And of course it was very good !!!

  Susan has made multiple cakes for our family over several years and has always done a wonderful job! She has created some of the neatest birthday and celebration cakes for us and there are always compliments. I highly recommend her and her pricing is reasonable as well. Thanks, Susan!   I just ordered a cake for my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary and LOVED it! I would most definitely use her again and recommend her to others. The cake was gorgeous and most importantly delicious!

  1 star is being very generous! I will never do business with her again and definitely will not recommend her. She took my order for cakes then I never heard from her again, like she fell off the face of the earth. She wouldn't return any of my calls or emails. I had to get someone else to make my cakes with short notice. This made planning my 16 year olds party even more stressful.
  Correct my event was on October 3rd and I did contact her on 9/24 at 337pm via email. My initial email to her stated that I needed 2 cakes, the type I was looking for, and when I needed them by. She responded at 1045 pm on 9/24 saying she could certainly make the cakes for me and asked for sizes, flavors, and greetings. On 9/25 at 930am I responded with all the information she requested, confirmed the date I needed them, gave my cell #, and asked for a price. 9/25 no response. Still no response by 1236pm on 9/26 so I called and left a voicemail asking her to confirm the order. No response on 9/26. 9/27 at 655am I emailed her asking her to confirm the order. No response. 1036am 9/27 called again asking her to confirm the order by noon or I would have to find someone else. Also sent an email saying the same thing at 1059am. At 1210pm on 9/27 (10 minutes after the time I gave her) she emailed saying she was so busy she had not checked messages. Told me the price of my cakes were $60 each and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the order. Never asking for a deposit. If she was too busy to do the cakes all she had to do is say so, no problem.

  I needed a cake for my girlfriends graduation, and it was awesome! The cake was delicious, and looked amazing! Susan was easy to work with and pricing was very reasonable!
