Allstate Insurance, Snodgrass & Associates; What a WONDERFUL company! I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Insurance Agents/Licensed Sales Professionals: Helanie White and Kelly “Kel” Kalp. When I first called to inquire about insurance rates, Helanie helped me by explaining everything in GREAT detail and then bundled my vehicle(s), home, motorcycle, travel trailer, and life insurance together to save me a ton of money. Last week I had to report a claim of vandalization on my new Toyota Tundra, so I called the #800 number and could not get to the claims department (I was VERY frustrated). I then called the local office number shortly before the office closed and Helanie answered my call, she calmed me down, and entered ALL of the information for my claim. Helanie was professional (as she has been from the beginning of my relationship with Snodgrass & Associates), kind, informative, and highly knowledgeable on what to do with my claim. A few months ago, I called the office (again shortly before the closing hours) and Kelly “Kel” Kalp took my call. I needed to add insurance to a van I had just purchased. Kel took the time to go over the coverage on my newly purchased van and explained in detail what I may need and NOT need for coverage. It has been obvious all along that Helanie and Kel have wanted me to feel like a valued customer (and I absolutely did and still do). Thank you Helanie White and Kelly “Kel” Kalp!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Snodgrass & Associates for ALL of your insurance needs!!

Over 26 years with this amazing insurance company and have never been disappointed. Months ago our family vehicle was stolen and I was having a hard time managing the claim online, so Ms Kelly Kelp went out of her way and filed the claim for me, calmed my concerns in a postive yet professional and compasinate manner . Others at this Allstate agency also gave me excellent care whenever I called for whatever reason. Consider making Allstate your insurance of choice.
