  I worked with an agent Shawn Kormandy and that was the worst experience of my life.
  During this process of selling my house, his team left the gate open a few times after showing the house. He would ignore my messages.
  He never trusted me during this process.
  I couldn't wait to finish the process of selling my house because of the frustration.
  I would never use KW of Beverly hills again. And I do not recommend anyone to use them at all.

  Highly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best I've ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.
