I am a new patient, and I am blown away by the level of customer service provided by Ms. Loretta. I woke up with a dental emergency, and ms. Loretta did all she could to fit me in for a last minute appointment. She even contacted my insurance company and got all my dental insurance information for me. She deserves a raise! Phenomenal experience! The staff is helpful and considerate in all aspects. Care and services were prompt and detail oriented. The orthodontist focused on issues at hand but considered long term options and was willing to work with what I wanted and what needed to be done. Again, all staff was wonderful. The staff at the front desk was so caring and called the following day to heck on how I was doing. I am so grateful I found this office!

Friendly staff all round. They make you feel welcomed. Great with the kids. As much as I fear “dentist” I actually have no problems going to Keller Family Dental. At Keller Family Dental they will tell you all things they are about to do and walk you through procedures. There’s no pressure and they make you feel good about how you take care of your teeth and give you advice rather than talk down to you like I’ve experienced else where.

I was so impressed with the sweet, beautiful ladies that helped me up front. They took care of me from the minute I walked through the door. Things got even better when Dr Kodra came in and took such good care of me. He spent the time reassuring me everything was ok and he kept calming me down. He did such an amazing job and I highly recommend him. He’s professional, kind, respectful and an incredible listener. Fantastic Doctor. Great man!!

I was a new patient to Keller Family Dentistry after five years of a disappointing experience at another practice in Keller. This office staff was far more welcoming, professional, and thorough. Each person took the time to introduce themselves - what a concept! In particular, the hygienist was probably the best I have ever had. She was so careful to explain everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and for the first time in my life I truly believe I now know how to floss my teeth properly and why flossing is so important. Kudos to the staff. I look forward to many return visits!
